Gym people. Here's some annoying things that happened in the gym. We're gonna start with the grunters. You know who you are, you make too much noise. People who are brand new that only go to one machine and sit there the whole time. Also people who take endless selfies in the gym or film themselves lifting it, stop. Anybody with sandals quit doing that. You work out in jeans, also a stop. Anybody who's practicing karate or their golf swing in the mirror, please quit this. I really don't enjoy the people who wear too much makeup or endlessly do cardio and won't get off the machine. If you count your reps out loud. Or take a speaker phone call. Don't CrossFit hold different episode we need to do on that one. Anybody who asked for a spot they clearly cannot lift the weight be if I went to the gym I probably have more here for you. But the truth is lots of behaviors people need to quit doing and improve their experience at the gym. Thanks for listening. It's nice baby!
