Today's episode with Grace is a deep one, but still filled with laughter and an overall tone of love. Grace lost her partner unexpectedly, and we talk about life afterwards. We all navigate loss and grief differently, but this conversation is sure to make someone feel seen.

My name is Grace, and I was born and raised in Cincinnati. In my 30s, like many people, I found myself reevaluating life…where I’d been, where I was headed, and who I wanted to become. That process became even more challenging after the loss of my boyfriend, which at times felt overwhelming. Navigating dating since then has been complicated, as I carry experiences that not everyone can fully relate to or understand. Today, though, I’m in a place of genuine happiness, open to whatever comes next, even if I don’t know exactly what that will look like.
