What's It All About?

The birth of Christ made it possible for all men to be saved.

Romans 10:13 LSB

For “WHOEVER CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.”

God willingly gave us His Son.

John 3:16 LSB

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

Through His death and resurrection men and women may now live forever in His presence. Listen to the words of Jesus to Martha at the death of Lazarus.

John 11:25 LSB

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies.

Many of the memories of our youth are tied to the birth of Christ, the event of Christmas. The Christmas story never grows old. It is fresh every year. It is not a holiday – it’s a holy day.
