This episode gives you tips on how to advocate for yourself at work. It imperative that women of color do this because we cannot rely on our employers to carve out a career trajectory for us. You have to learn how to leverage your unique experience and expertise. That is how you demonstrate you are capable and ready for more responsibility and income in corporate america. On this episode, I share how I worked with a client on developing their confidence and going after promotion and more money at work.
