The Perfect Dad

In Matthew 5-7, Jesus introduced the idea of God as our heavenly Father. Never before had this been a concept taught or understood by God’s people. In this passage Jesus uses the term “Father” about 15 times, and He even uses human examples of fatherhood to show us the relationship we can have with Him. Through Jesus’ teaching, we see what the perfect Father looks like so that we may pattern our own lives accordingly.(Text: Matthew 5:44-48)
