Today I’ll be talking about something I hear all the time. “I can’t meditate because I can’t sit still!” If that sounds like you, don’t worry. Meditation doesn’t have to mean sitting cross-legged in silence for an hour. In fact, if you struggle with stillness, that’s even more of a reason to meditate, but in a way that works for you.
Let’s bust some meditation myths, and then I’ll talk about a few quick ways to practise more easily, even if you feel like you just can’t sit still.
