This pleasure practice is incredibly nourishing for when you are feeling low energy. It is a very gentle pleasure practice, focussing on the nourshment your pleasure provides by touching your hair, arms, legs, etc, as well as tapping into high vibration emotions.
Additionally you will be invited to move through some embodied shadow work by pendulating between high vibration emotions, and low vibration emotions, rewiring your neural pathways to be able to choose goodness after giving space for what is bringing you down.
Towards the end there is an option to program yourself with an internal sense of safety, love, and belonging through affirmations while your body, nervous system, and subconscious are fully open and firing through your pleasurable state.
