Earth Energy Grounding Practice

This Grounding Meditation is just under 10 minutes long. I encourage you to block off 15ish minutes in your schedule so you can allow yourself time to create a comfortable space, complete the meditation, and integrate before carrying on with your day.

As this meditation uses the grounding energy of the earth, you will want to create a comfortable space where you’re close to the ground. That could be lying on a yoga mat atthe end of your bed, or sitting cross legged on the floor. If you’re able to do this outside, even better, but please don’t feel like youhave to be outside on the literal earth.

We will then drop in with some breathingbefore beginning our grounding practice. You will be instructed to pull the negativity andstress from your body. You can do this byrubbing your hands over your body, or byusing an actual grabbing/pulling motion over your body. We will then discharge all of this negative energy into the earth, allowing Mother Gaia to support us in releasing this energy, and bringing in more of her calm, grounded energy. We will then seal the meditation with a golden auric egg, calling inthe support we need right now.

By the end you should feel like the majorityof your stress has melted away, while you experience a sense of calm groundedness that can carry you into whatever else you have planned for the day.
