Anja is a Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher, a Co-Active Coach and the founder of The
Holistic Institute.
Having experienced physical and mental health challenges herself in her early twenties and
being failed by the Western medical system, she found healing in Yoga & meditation,
change of nutrition, psychotherapy – to only name a few. She realized very early in her
process that it needs daily devotion and creating new habits in your everyday life if you
want to see a permanent change. Thanks to her experience, she decided to study yoga,
meditation and coaching herself to also inspire and help others take action in making the
most out of their lives.

Anja now specializes in personalized Yoga practices. She also offers private Yoga coaching,
group Yoga workshops and personal coaching, where the core purpose is always the same –
to educate, support and empower her clients to take full responsibility for their wellbeing
and create a fulfilled and happy life.

With The Holistic Institute, she collaborates with other professionals to educate and create
holistic wellbeing-plans for clients, looking at all the fundamental things we need to live a
mentally & physically healthy life.
