Christin Blunk is the President & Co-Founder of ASV Investment Group. She is a seasoned commercial and residential Real Estate Investor and Residential Agent. Christin Blunk holds a Residential Real Estate License in MD, is a co-owner of a residential contracting company, Pennoyer Family Enterprises LLC, and is a co-owner of a residential investment company, ASV Homes.  In addition, she has a portfolio of residential, commercial, and self-storage properties.  Christin Blunk earned her bachelor’s degree from Elon University and a master’s degree in business from John’s Hopkins University.  On the other hand, Rodney Blunk is the Vice President & Co-Founder of ASV Investment Group, Rod Blunk is a seasoned commercial and residential Real Estate Investor.  He is a co-owner of a residential investment company, ASV Homes, and has a portfolio of residential, commercial, and self-storage properties.  Rod Blunk received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tulane University and retired from the Navy as a Commander.  He has an extensive background in electrical engineering, nuclear engineering, leadership, project management, and development programs.
