Shadow Work

This episode aligns with the lunar eclipse and jumps right into the practice of shadow work, which asks us to identify and acknowledge our pain, traumas and inner guck that we typically don’t want to deal with. We discuss how the world shows us mirrors of what’s going on inside and that when we can take ownership and do the inner work, we can feel more light in our lives.
