Building Community

This week’s episode of Self Help Me discusses the topic of building community and features Camille Cote, the creator of Hearth, a community based wellness initiative designed specifically for mothers. Camille shares her own experiences starting this program (that includes live events with speakers, classes and activities for kids) within her own community in Toronto. This was an exciting discussion that touches on taking risks, learning how to pivot and strengthening communication when taking on a new project.
