In this episode I’m talking about why you should exercise your mind and not just your body.

This is a potentially controversial one today but it’s been a while since I called out the wellness industry and this time, as we head into round 2 of lockdown in this pandemic, I think it’s time to share this.

No matter how many posts and articles I see about raising the awareness of mental health, loads of self-care tips, barely anything really hits the nail when it comes to the mind. The most you’ll get is meditation but if your mind is FULL, how on earth are you supposed to meditate and reap the benefits?

In this show I’m going to explore why working on your mind is so beneficial right now and how that can help you move to the next steps in your life. If you keep doing self-care acts like signing up to online classes, meditation, yoga etc you’ll feel better on the surface but your deep problems will still be there. 

Holistic medicine works well, holistically. You have to take care of your Mind, Body and Spirit for it to actually work!
