On this episode I’m going to talk about one of my favourite things to do, ever, SLEEP. We’ll look at why we should be sleeping well and also how.
We’re all pretty aware that sleeping well is going to benefit us. A good night’s sleep is vital to our physical health and emotional well-being. That’s why the benefits of good sleep should never be underestimated and why getting a proper rest on a regular basis isn’t just a good idea, it’s an essential one. There’s a lot of information out in the world about how much sleep we should be having, tips on getting to sleep, how you should be feeling etc etc but I wanted to simplify it for you in this podcast. Firstly, we need to sleep and we need to sleep well. We are humans, not robots. Sleep is essential for so many reasons and can usually help get us out of certain moods, that’s where the term “sleep on it” comes into play as well as essentially just plain make us feel good to seize the day. Here’s some science for you before I give you some tips for learning how to sleep well. I know it’s not easy for some but if you can embrace sleeping well, you will also start healing some of the stuff that’s going on with you.
