Speak Up Episode 18

Stop being so timid & speak up for what you believe or feel needs to be said or address don’t allow folks to just crawl all over you and your personal space. Step on them like they try to step on you, don’t show them any regard your dreams & goals are important & they mean something to you. You don’t have to be polite or giving everyone respect, you can tell them you not to be played with & show them just that.
