Thomas Straker is a Chef and Founder of ‘Acre’ a new restaurant opening soon in London. Thomas has worked his way up through several Michelin Star restaurants, he re-launched Tom’s on Westbourne Grove in 2014 and then shortly after appointed as Head Chef at Casa Cruz, Notting Hill. In this episode we discuss what it takes to become a chef, managing a team, being accountable, millennials relationship with food, the process of opening your own restaurant, building a brand and why Thomas loves spoons and onions.
