Episode 1: Heather McGrath and her journey to the Western States 100

My first episode has the quality of an old record playing - a little scratchy, but if you can get past that you will hear the fabulous Heather McGrath. Heather is a committed long distance runner who tells me her arduous journey of getting to the famous Western States 100 Ultramarathon starting line.  At the end of our talk, she also encourages us on why we should all get out and see the world while exercising!
