Yasmin is the Founder of Diverse Matters (https://www.diversematters.org) which seeks the promotion of the values of Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity in organisations. Over 8 years’ experience as a successful and sought-after Executive coach, Trainer, Consultant, Speaker and Mentor, combined with a background as a lawyer practising for 12 years in a large international law firm, enabling professional people to achieve peak performance in inclusive workplace cultures. Established expertise in diversity issues, specializing in disability issues in the workplace via speaking, tailored webinars, workshops, events and coaching.

Yasmin is also the former Vice-Chair of the Disabled Solicitors Network at the Law Society and a multi-award winning international speaker, TEDx speaker and has recently been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Law from the University of Law for her work.
