Benji has been glued to 'Forged in Fire' a History channel programme that is quite niche - think sword-makers competing to make the best sword - I told you it was niche.

Meanwhile Steven has been spending his viewing time very wisely and checking out some films he'd not see before. The classic war time film that is The Dirty Dozen and from a more recent era Blade Runner 2049 - hear all about what he thinks of them on the podcast.

Kelly accidentally watched Boat Story this weekend and really enjoyed it despite the gore - find out why.

On The Deep Dive this week Benji tells us all about the new series of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, with quite a bit of controversy already taking place around the presence of Nigel Farage and Jamie Lynn Spears - both of whom are proving controversial camp mates.
