Talk to an estate agent as early as possible if you are planning to sell your home

If you are thinking about selling your house, the first step is to talk to a reputable estate agent as early as possible.  

They can provide you with valuable advice on how to prepare your house for sale and help you maximize the sale price. I was talking to one estate agent the other day who has been working with a client for 9 months to get their home ready. 

Estate Agents have access to other professionals as well. Something that is become quite popular, especially when a property is empty is staging the property.  

They may also suggest using a property stager, who can help layout and present your home in a way that appeals to potential buyers. This can include bringing in furniture and decor to make empty rooms look more inviting. This would come at an additional cost, however could increase the ££ capable for that property. 

If you are planning to sell, an estate agent should be your first point of contact.
