It's being curious about my own thoughts, reactions, and limiting beliefs that were programmed in me as a child.

I used to think taking care of myself was selfish, but self-love actually makes me a better person.

Personal development is about embracing myself fully, taking responsibility for my own happiness, and living a meaningful life.
