Mills, Sr, and Richard Shepard, principal at York Preparatory Academy's High School.Mr. Richard Shepard is a highly accomplished educator with an impressive background in mathematics and school administration. He proudly graduated from Benedict College with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mathematics and then went on to pursue his Master’s Degree in School Administration. With more than 17 years of educational experience under his belt, he is currently serving as the esteemed principal at York Preparatory Academy's High School. Beyond his professional life, Mr. Shepard treasures the time he spends with his beautiful family - his loving wife and two delightful daughters who bring him great joy.
