About Cindy:
Cindy, a businesswoman for over 45 years, has founded several businesses, including a national B2B company providing work/life services to employees of Fortune 500 companies. After selling her business in 2009, she transitioned to running her own coaching, farming, and short-term rental business on a 35-acre ranch in southwest Colorado. Cindy has extensive experience working with leaders in for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors on leadership development, business growth, and strategic initiatives.

She was the Founder and CEO of Work Options Group, which provided employee benefits to over 1 million employees of Fortune 100 companies. Cindy has served on numerous non-profit Boards and founded the Women’s Council at the Leeds School of Business. She recently published her debut book “Finding Your Nxt – When You’re Ready For the Life You Really Want” and runs an Immersion Coaching Program on her ranch in Colorado to help business leaders find their Nxt.
