Castor Oil Packs and Thyroid Health with Carrie Vitt

The lymphatic system is crucial in keeping our bodies healthy by helping eliminate waste products. Without a pump, it's essential to support your lymphatic system by keeping it moving, and castor oil packs are a great way to do just that.

For centuries, castor oil packs have been used as a natural therapy on various parts of the body, from the liver to the abdomen, joints, and thyroid. The process is simple and starts with applying a piece of cloth soaked in castor oil to the skin. The pack is then covered with plastic wrap and a heat source, such as a hot water bottle, and left on for a specific time.

For this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Carrie Vitt about the incredible benefits of castor oil packs for thyroid health.
