Proof that most script readers in the film business are unqualified + why most critics are wrong

When browsing through the YouTube feed, a video popped up (link below) where the Interviewee (Adam William Ward) talked about how most script readers in the business aren't really qualified. I explain why that is for the most part by drawing on my own experience with these so-called "script readers" or "critics" and reiterate my stance on why they are detrimental to the film business, and why they are contributing to the poor quality of films being produced.
