San Jose's rooftop restaurant, Copita, is launching Tacomakase, a unique taco-tasting experience led by Chef Azari Cuenca-Maitret, formerly of Mexico City. Starting September 16, only 20 guests per night can enjoy an eight-course taco menu for $65, with optional drink pairings. Expect innovative tacos like cactus with queso fresco and chipotle octopus with pineapple salsa, plus a surprise dessert. Reservations are required and filling up quickly!
