San Diego Beaches Reopen, Others Still Under Advisory

San Diego beaches reopen after high bacteria levels close them earlier in the week! Silver Strand Shoreline and Dog Beach in Ocean Beach are now safe for swimming and surfing, but advisories remain for other locations, including a section of Silver Strand near the lifeguard tower. The ocean shoreline from the International Border to north of Carnation Avenue in Imperial Beach is still closed. Stay updated on beach conditions by checking online or calling the county's hotline before you head out!
