Point Loma Family Tragedy: Trial Delayed, Mother's Testimony

Point Loma man's murder trial delayed in the shooting of his sister and nephew. William Billy Bushey, accused of fatally shooting Laurie and Brett Robinson and wounding his mother, June, will now face trial in December. The DA is pursuing life without parole, not the death penalty. The trial delay follows a prior court appearance where the mother showed the jury her injured hand, missing two fingers from the attack. Adding to the tragedy, police visited the home just days before the shooting due to reported family tensions.
