the film's Producers, Ms. Jones join me in studio to talk about their film, working the

film festival circuit, what it's like to be Black, female and continue to find fulfilling

roles for women of Color. Written and Directed by Ava DuVernay They shot the film in

Topanga Canyon in fifteen days. Who says a sister can't get it done!?

The founder/owner/visionary of latalkradio.com Sam Hasson joins me in studio as we

celebrate the station's 3rd Birthday. He shares his beginnings in Israel how he came to

this country at 16 and made his way through a host of jobs to accounting to starting one

of the fastest growing Internet radio stations. It was his first time on my show and we

had such a fast paced energy filled conversation it won't be his last!
