In 1980 Robert Plympton was just 16 and a student at Reynolds HS. Barbara was a 2nd year student at Mt. Hood Community College. Somehow allegedly they paths crossed in the worse way possible. Cold case of 41 years has a direct DNA match to Robert Plympton. The court has yet to convict him, is it possible he committed this crime at just 16 years old?
