- Do you want to think about constraint differently so that it can be one of the tools that you use to help you lose weight? Why or why not?
- Is it possible that constraining food choices and getting clear on this could help lower the importance you associate with food and in doing so, lower your over-desire for food? Why might this be a good thing for you?
- What might stop you from believing in the idea that constraint could actually create space and possibility for you?
