When we think food is more powerful than us, we feel powerless. We consume it in a way that doesn't feel good and we layer on guilt because we know we "shouldn't" be having it if we want to lose weight.
From that guilt, we end up eating more than we'd like and then we restrict ourselves. The cycle continues. 
We think a new diet will finally fix it.
But the solution isn't in the diet. It never is.
The solution is in looking inward to your thoughts and beliefs about the food (or alcohol) and how you process your emotions (positive and negative).
In this episode, I explain how it's possible to still enjoy the food you love and feel in control around it, you just have to dial down the power you're giving it. I cover how you can start to shift the dialogue so that you're back in your power and enjoying food in a way that serves you.
