This episode explains how in trying to be perfect with our diet, weight and body, we stop ourselves from achieving the goals we've set. We stop ourselves from learning from our mistakes, from trusting our journey, and from being compassionate and kind to ourselves. 
 When we're trying to use external circumstances like what we weigh and how we eat to signify our value, we hold ourselves back in so many ways. I explain how to stop acting "perfectly" in the hope of validation from others and your sense of worthiness, and how to start acting from your power and towards your greatness. This is the way.
