This week, I'm bringing it back to the basics with 5 things you need to do to kickstart true habit change with how you eat and drink and think about food and alcohol.
It's so easy to forget how simple it can be and that's when we start to think it's not working, look for new diets, or believe our goals just aren't worth it anymore.
This simple way of doing things doesn't mean it won't be hard sometimes. But it's about trying every day to apply these tools the best you can. It's not about being perfect. It's about choosing to commit to them and coming back to them when you've gone off-track so that they become automatic over time.
It takes time, willingness, awareness, commitment, practise -- and that's OK! It took you years to build these habits, of course it will take longer than a few weeks to change and evolve them to new habits that serve you for the longterm.
Let's bring things back to basics and get to work with applying things that really move the needle with true behavioural change and creating peace and freedom with food, alcohol, and body.
