Episode 11 – This is a must listen episode for trainers and sales managers!  In this episode Jim and Phil talk about some things that get missed when training new employees.  The history of the mission statement, cultural norms, the “WHY” of many of the topics taught, etc.  Training is often taught by people who know these things intrinsically but they forget the new employees don’t have the same frame of reference to draw from.  Don’t overlook the seemingly obvious things.
