They are packed full of antioxidants that can reduce inflammation and benefit brain and heart health. Research shows that they are potentially cancer-fighting and may be a helpful tool for exercise energy and recovery. Pomegranates are also excellent for immune and gut health due to their high fiber content. Add some to your salad, smoothie bowl, yogurt, or as a quick snack with nuts.
