Satkirin Kaur Khalsa on the power of the sacred sound current

Today I would love to introduce you to Satkirin Kaur Khalsa. Satkirin is a sacred chant musician who recorded over 17 albums filled with chants from kundalini and Sikh tradition. 

She has been practicing kundalini yoga and meditation for over 50 years and is a wealth of knowledge on Naad and meditative states of consciousness. 

Today we talk about the idea of a challenge as a gift, her favorite kriya and mantra, and in general about how the power of the sound current helps us overcome even the impossible.
