This episode I had to speak my mind om the whole Joe Budden Podcast problem. Today Joe announced that Rory was fired and you ask me Mal should be fired too. I talk about all angles of this story and how Rory and Mal selfishly tried to hurt the JBP. I look at how the podcast from it's start to now where both Mal & Rory did a no show. Spoiler alert : I'm with Team Joe. Being a boss is hard and you have to make hard decisions that works for your brand.
