I am so excited to chat with a fellow naval officer who is a prior-enlisted Sailor, is open about his past struggles, and is helping others in the personal growth space!

Anthony is a speaker, trainer, and coach who specializes in educating his audience on high-performance leadership and development. He helps individuals and organizations to understand the importance of personal development and its effect on professional growth.

Before Anthony made the leap into leadership, he lived out the principles and practices he shares with his audiences as an active-duty naval officer. Over the last decade and a half, Anthony has climbed the ranks from enlisted to officer and worked alongside high-level executives such as The President of the United States.

After his last deployment in 2016, Anthony began his leadership journey by learning from author and speaker, John Maxwell. In the years following, Anthony has traveled around the world to mentor thousands of emerging leaders on tools and tactics to increase their personal and professional influence and thus increase their leadership potential.
