holy vulnerability, this episode I get a little vulnerable about my story and one of the many stories that created this voice in my head. your not pretty enough, skinny enough, good enough, and you better find what you have to offer... I could easily blame my brother for those thoughts, but really it was the story I told myself and continued to tell myself and I stayed in the cycle because I didn't have tools to flip the script. enter soulivation my new project around sharing some of the tools I use myself in changing the narrative and elevating my own story.
