💁🏻 Concept: Purgatory
Purgatory is a temporary state for souls who die in God’s grace but still need purification from venial sins or temporal punishment. These souls have assured salvation and will enter heaven once fully cleansed. It is not a second chance for the damned, but the final stage in the journey to glory. The living can assist these souls through prayers, Masses, and indulgences, helping hasten their purification and entry into the eternal joy of God’s presence.

🙏🏼 Prayer:
Gracious Father, I repent of my sins. Forgive me. I surrender my life to You. Thank You that through Jesus Christ, I am fully accepted and cleansed. There is no condemnation for those who are in Him. Thank You for the assurance that to be absent from the body is to be present with You. Guard my heart from thinking that I must earn or suffer more to be loved by You. Help me live with the joy of having full forgiveness, and help me to speak boldly of the hope we have in the finished work of Jesus. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.
