💁🏻 Concept: Priest

A priest in the Old Testament was a man appointed by God to offer sacrifices, prayers, and praises on behalf of the people. He acted as a mediator between a holy God and sinful humanity. This role pointed forward to Jesus Christ, the ultimate and final High Priest, who offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice once for all. Christ has fulfilled the priestly office completely—there is no need for repeated sacrifices or human mediators.

🙏🏼 Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus, our great High Priest, who gave Himself as the once-for-all sacrifice for sin. Because of Him, I can come boldly to Your throne with confidence and joy. Teach me to live as part of Your royal priesthood—offering You my praise, my prayers, and my daily obedience. Help me to intercede for others with compassion and boldness. Let my life reflect the beauty of Your grace and the holiness of Your presence. I worship You, my God, through the perfect work of Christ. In His name I pray. Amen.
