💁🏻 Concept: Pretribulation Rapture

Pretribulation rapture teaches that the world will turn from bad to worse leading to the rise of the antichrist. Before the climax of human suffering called the Great Tribulation, Christ will return secretly to “take up” His Church. Christ will save His people from a period of intense suffering and judgment on earth. Believers are raptured to heaven to be with Christ, spared from the wrath to come.  

📖 Bible Readings: 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

(1 Thessalonians 5:9; John 14:1-3; Revelation 3:10; Matthew 24:36-44; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52)

👨🏻‍💻 Teachings:

1. Pretribulationism teaches that the world is getting worse and worse, whereas the Bible teaches the opposite.

2. Pretribulationism teaches that the nations will turn to the Antichrist, whereas the Bible teaches that the nations will turn to Christ.

3. Pretribulationism teaches that the rapture is the blessed hope, whereas the Bible teaches that Christ’s return is the blessed hope.

1. Believe in the power of the gospel to transform lives, families, communities, and nations. 

2. Believe the prophetic nature of the Great Commission that all nations will obey Christ. 

3. Believe that the return of Christ is our blessed hope—it is the completion of redemption.

Lord God, thank You for the power of the gospel—the good news that transforms lives, families, communities, and even nations. Help me to believe boldly in Your plan to bring all nations under the rule of Christ. Strengthen my faith in the prophetic promise of the Great Commission, that the world will not end in defeat, but in Your glory. Let the return of Christ be my blessed hope—the fulfillment of redemption and the triumph of Your kingdom. Fill me with courage, vision, and joy as I live for You today. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
