💁🏻 Concept: Preservation

Preservation is an aspect of God’s providence in which He continuously sustains all created things, keeping them in existence and upholding their nature and function. From galaxies to atoms, from human breath to the beating heart, nothing exists independently—everything is upheld by God’s ongoing will. Preservation is not passive; it is God’s active care, moment by moment. Without His sustaining word, all would collapse into nothingness. This truth reminds us that creation is not self-sufficient—and neither are we. God preserves not just the universe, but His people, keeping them secure in His hands.

🙏🏼 Prayer:

Lord God, thank You for holding my life and all creation in Your powerful hands. You never sleep, never forget, and never fail. Remind me today that I am not self-made or self-kept—I am preserved by Your mercy. In every breath, every heartbeat, every moment, You are present and faithful. Strengthen my trust when I feel fragile. Teach me to walk humbly, knowing that all I am and all I have is from You. May I rest in Your constant care. Enable me to enjoy a worry-free life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
