💁🏻 Concept: Postmillennialism

Postmillennialism is the view that Christ will return after the millennium—an extended period of peace, righteousness, and gospel flourishing on the earth. In this view, the millennium is not necessarily a literal 1,000 years but a long period of time when the church influences the world through the spread of the gospel and the growth of the Kingdom of God. Christ reigns now from heaven, and His kingdom is advancing through history. Evil will diminish, righteousness will grow, and then Christ will return to consummate His eternal kingdom. This view inspires hopeful labor, seeing history bending toward redemption by God’s sovereign grace.

2. Work to transform our culture to reflect the values of God’s Kingdom. 

3. Join the church—the army of God that advances the agenda of King Jesus.

🙏🏼 Prayer:

Sovereign Lord, thank You that Christ reigns now and that His Kingdom will never fail. Help me to see beyond today’s evil forces and believe in the power of the gospel to transform lives, cities, and nations. Give me hope that is not rooted in circumstances, but in Your promises. Enable me to see Your light beyond the darkness, the triumph of good over evil, the advancement of Your Kingdom, and the defeat of Satan’s. Let me be part of Your advancing Kingdom—bold, patient, and full of trust in Your unfolding plan. May Your glory cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
