💁🏻 Concept: Darwinian Evolution

The general theory of evolution (see also “macro-evolution”) named after Charles Darwin, the British naturalist who expounded this theory in 1859 in his Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection. 

📖 Bible Readings: Genesis 1:27

1. God created science. 

2. Secular education is not neutral. 

3. Christians must engage in science. 

💪🏼 Applications:

1. Educate our kids on the foundation of knowledge.

2. Expose secularism as a “religion” against God. 

3. Engage science as a domain or territory of Christ.

How can Christians actively engage in science while staying faithful to God?

🙏🏼 Prayer:

Heavenly Father, you are the source of all wisdom and knowledge. Thank You for creating a world full of wonders that science seeks to understand. Help me to see that true knowledge begins with You. Guide me as I teach the next generation to love both Your Word and Your world. Give me courage to expose false ideas that oppose You and wisdom to engage in science as a way to glorify Christ. Let my faith and understanding grow together, leading others to see Your truth. Use me to bring light where there is confusion. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
