Episode 6. Tears

Bop! Bozadee, bozadee, bop, zitty bop! Chaz N Schatz welcome Scott "Mini-festo" Monroe of And The Podcast Will Rock fame, to share his wit, wisdom and a healthy appreciation for Van Halen and National Taco Day...and Rush! Scott's got his own history with the band that he shares before getting into one of the most tender tracks ever recorded - Tears - off of Rush's 1976 epic and iconic album 2112. If you forgot this track or it's been a while, you're forgiven...when was the last time you listened to side two of 2112?!?! Just kidding - who listens to records anymore?!?! WHISTLE!! Mr. Feder...calm down!

We were so thrilled to have Scott join us that we dumped name checking (beyond the usual suspect What No Way Guy and our new friend Steve from Moving Pictures - Scotland) in favor of music analysis, and not just the core track. We did chat up the Bubba Bash and Rush Tribute greats YYNOT (and we have news to share on that item too!) Man - the global Rush Tribute Band Community ROCKS - and response from everyone has been so great, we get a little weepy and wipey - and end up smelling like Pumpkin Spice for the rest of the evening...dude...anyway, this episode saw us poke around on these internets and inter-webs thingies in "real time", and we found some cool shit to share.
