087. Anna Gibson and Meika Beaudoin-Rousseau | The Trail Team, developing young talents in the sport, why trail running is the coolest thing ever!

Meikael Beaudoin Rousseau and Anna Gibson are two young American athletes and members of The Trail Team. The mission of The Trail Team is to independently support and develop rising athletes into the best professional trail runners in the world through mentorship, skill development, and media exposure. 

With Meikael and Anna we will talk about their running background, how they got into trail running, what makes them excited about the sport, ideas to help the transition from college athletes to professional trail athletes, about how they currently see the state of the sport and about The Trail Team project.
