David Macnamara

Back in March Rob ran with a great runner, and a fellow Highbury Fields parkrun regular, the World Marathon Majors' David Macnamara. They had lots of global running to talk about - Seville and Las Vegas, in addition to London, Berlin, Tokyo, Chicago Boston and New York of course. But first, a bit of karaoke, and Dave has to try and get Rob off the subject of U2. Also featuring - on International Womens' Day - the revolutionary running women of the Boston Marathon, the wonder of London, some reverse rock star interaction - and an auspicious RunCom cameo.
