The podcast will be of great value to age-group athletes who can incorporate the learnings and insights from this show in their daily training and living. The show is hosted by Raj (Rajagopal Anapuzha) who is an accomplished age-group runner and coach, multiple times Boston Marathon Qualifier and a top 5 age-group finisher at Mumbai Marathon.
